Oakley

The only thing we really splurge on for the Coach's job.
He spends too many hours in too much sun to risk his eyes. They have always been a favorite, but climbed even higher on my list when the ear piece broke. I Love OAKLEY's customer service. When I called, they totally took care of us (and, just for good measure, I was talking to a surfer boy at their headquarters in Cali).

Oh I am so glad that I don't live anywhere close to my favorite store ever, but the One of a Kind Top from Down East Basics is almost worth paying for shipping..while I am at it I might as well get the necklace too right?

So Not Kniting, But If I Was...

So I really don't knit or crochet very often...like only twice a year (if that) typically during a weekend in April and October (while watching General Conference). But, how smart is this...keeps everything in one place and not rolling around with the toddler.

So Seriously Reading

So, you guys may laugh, but do you want to know what I'm reading?  Les Miserables...the 1300 page version.  And I'm actually really enjoying it so far.  So far he's only introducing the priest, but it's fascinating.  I know the basic storyline (we read the play in high school).  But I put it on my nightstand next to my scriptures and I realized something...it's bigger than my bible!  Oh well, it may take a year, but I'll read it.

So Sewing

Sewing again...this time for twin toddlers turning two (say that 10 times fast).

Made cute (not very practical) aprons from the tutorial on this website.

So Seriously a Fan

How seriously cute is this from Fanzz?
When will it be seriously warm enough to make lemonade in it?

Pull A Chair Up...

While at Ikea EJ and I ran across this chair...it is a dining room chair for toddlers. Puts the kidlet up to the right height of the dining room table. So Seriously Smart!

So Seriously Reading...

After having read several of Shannon Hales's books (Princess Academy, Goose Girl, Austen Land, & The Actor and the Housewife), Book of a Thousand Days is my favorite. It is the story of a servant who volunteers to go with her mistress when her father sentences her to seven years in a tower for disobeying him. Beautifully told, and a fast read (as it is a youth book).

Are You Kidding?

So I was on the Sams Club website looking for a car battery and was distracted by this deal "GRACO 3-in-1 DELUX TRAVEL SYSTEM" for $49.88. I got really excited...until I found out it is for a doll!!!!! It is very cute, and nicer than my Graco stroller, but I still love my Maclaren doll stroller!

Walmart Wins Again

When I bought the Danskin "capri" shorts Amy suggested, I also bought some Danskin Now Cap Sleeve V-Neck Essential Tees for $5. Love them. V-neck (but not too much V), moisture wicking, long and stretchy. Great for sweating in, but look nice enough to go places in (okay, nice enough for the grocery store and walking into the school after dropping off the kids on my bike). I got them in black and periwinkle, then went back and got gray and fire engine red. They're on clearance at my Walmart, so get them while you can! I think I'm going to order this "teal water" one online along with a white one to round out my $5 tee collection. They have them with long sleeves too, for those of us who live in places where you wear long sleeves for more than two minutes!

I can't even tell you how cute E. would be running around in these Bambi Pom-Pom Boots! Too bad it is never going to get cold enough here to justify getting them. Amy...maybe your little lovelie will be walking by winter!!!

So Seriously Smart

I absolutely love this! We all know that I LOVE to be prepared, but hate stuff just floating around in the diaper bag. This little set is from SpareWare and is a little extra outfit all ready for an emergency!!! I would love a set to fly with! Fantastic!

La La Love the Frame!

I framed my La La Love You print today with a great frame from Aaron Brothers.
